Head Coach
Edward J. Glover Jr
Coach Edward J. Glover Jr. is entering his tenth season leading the Lady Tigers. He is in his 14th season overall as a head coach and 16th season on the college level.
Prior experiences include stints as the head women’s basketball coach at Denmark Technical College and assistant men’s basketball coach at Claflin University.
Glover is a graduate of Claflin University
with a B.A. in sociology and South Carolina
State University
with an M.A. in rehabilitation counseling. He also lettered at Francis
Marion University
as a member of the 1988-89 men's basketball squad.
The St. Matthews, S.C.
native was a three-sport athlete at Calhoun
County High School.
In addition to his coaching duties, he is a mental health professional counselor
with the Orangeburg Area
Mental Health Center
that serves Bamberg, Calhoun and Orangeburg counties.
