Head Coach
Allicia Golden

An accomplished athlete and Voorhees alumnae Allicia Golden is in her fourth
year working with the Tigers track and field and cross country teams. Golden, a
native of Sumter, S.C., was an assistant coach for three years at Voorhees and
is now proud to say she is the head coach.
Golden broke the Cross Country EIAC record and still holds it as of today. She
also holds the Voorhees record in the 800 meter, 5,000 meter, and with the 4x400
team. She was the EIAC Most Valuable Runner for three years in cross country
and three years in track and field. She was undefeated at the conference
championships during her entire collegiate career.
“I care about my athletes in and out of the classroom, and I try to instill
into them that education and good character will take them a long way in life,”
Golden said. “I thank God for allowing great coaches and mentors in my life,
and I want to have the same affect on all the athletes I coach.”
