Season Outlook
The Voorhees College Volleyball team experienced a tough 2009 season as they faced and challenged opponents around the area. The team is returning four players from the previous season as well as a host of new faces to the program. The returning players will be led by junior, Monieke Woods, who was honored as the MVP from last season. Monieke is a dominate hitter from the front row and will be supported by newcomers Amber Johnson, Qantessa Jenkins-Burgess and Kelly Spratley. The Lady Tigers will also be joined by seniors LaTreses Koonce and Kimberly Neal. The 2010 season promises to be a very optimistic year with a wealth of talent throughout the team roster.
