High School Visitation Day 2015

Talk with faculty and students. Visit the residence halls. Tour the campus. Hear what students have to say about Voorhees College. Discuss academic and scholarship opportunities with admission counselors also.

On-Site Admissions
Complete the online application prior to High School Visitation Day by March 21. Application process and high school transcript must be complete and present to receive an on-site decision. Documents may be submitted during registration the morning of High School Visitation Day. 

Special Accommodations
Please call 803-780-1031 or email spellman@voorhees.edu by March 21 if you require assistance for special needs. We can arrange transportation and special assistance during tour, but can not supply wheelchair or equipment.

The purpose of this celebration is to honor, during Women’s History Month, women who have made significant contributions to society in various areas. In addition, this is one of the major fund raisers for Voorhees College to raise additional funds to support students through institutional scholarships.

UNCF Corporate and Community Kickoff Luncheon

Voorhees College invites you to its first UNCF Corporate and Community Luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014 beginning at noon in Massachusetts Hall Auditorium on campus. The purpose of this luncheon is to bring together corporate and community leaders in Bamberg County to support Voorhees’ mission of providing a quality education to students.

This luncheon is one of Voorhees College’s events in support of the UNCF. UNCF is the nation’s largest and most effective minority education organization enabling more than 60,000 students each year to attend college. Voorhees is one of 39 UNCF institutions.

2014 High School Visitation Day

Voorhees College’s annual High School Visitation Day will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014.  Events begin at 8:00 a.m. and will run until 1 p.m. that afternoon.  Tours, presentations, and question and answer sessions will highlight the informative and entertaining day focused on future Voorhees Tigers.
