Patterson named honorable mention for 2011-2012

Kierra Patterson was named as an honorable mention to 2011-2012 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Women's Basketball All-American Team.  

Patterson was also named as one of the 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Women’s Basketball Scholar-Athletes.  

The junior guard averaged 12.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 1.1 steals per game. Patterson also ranked number seven in Division I in 3-point field goals made per game.  

A native of Darlington, S.C. and a 2009 graduate of Darlington High School, Patterson is a health and recreation major at Voorhees. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
