Voorhees hosts its fifth annual cyber security week

Voorhees College, in conjunction with the National Nuclear Security Administration, is hosting its fifth annual Technology and Cyber Security Week with events being held March 23-March 25.
The purpose of this week is to increase awareness about cyber security throughout the Voorhees and Denmark community. This year's theme is, "Get Your Head in the Clouds."
"It is our hope that students, faculty and staff will make cyber security a habit and practice safe computing at all times," said Samuel Blackwell, vice president for planning, information management and technology."
A series of events have been planned to educate the Voorhees community about the challenges ahead in cyber security.
The cyber security lecture, which will be held on Tuesday, March 23, will feature Gregory Evans, CEO/founder of Ligatt Security International, a premier service and solution provider for computer security.
