No doubt about it: College can be an expensive investment, though one with a fantastic return that you'll reap for the rest of your life. It's an investment many students and their families cannot afford without help.
At Voorhees College, the Office of Student Financial Aid is here to help you find ways to make that down payment on your brighter future. There are a number of programs that can help if you and your family cannot pay the full costs: scholarships, loans, grants and jobs. Many students use a combination of these approaches to create the financial aid package that works best for their circumstances. You'll find a complete guide to your options here.
The Voorhees Office of Student Financial Aid, located at Wright Hall, helps students find the aid information they need. Our staff also can counsel students and their parents, providing information about what type of state, federal or private help is available and how to apply for it. We can help determine if you're eligible for financial aid and how much you qualify for. We'll help you through the application process and let you know in ample time how much you're eligible to receive.
Net Price Calculator
Welcome to Voorhees College's Net Price Calculator!
Welcome to the Voorhees College Net Price Calculator.
Voorhees College is pleased to provide this net price calculator as a guide for early financial planning for college. This calculator will provide a preliminary estimate of federal and institutional aid eligibility. The estimates are based on the award policies of the 2013-2014 academic year and are subject to change.
The calculator will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.
To help you complete this process, it would be helpful to have the items listed below:
- Student and Parent 2012 Income Tax Returns
- Earnings statements (W2 forms, recent paycheck stubs)
- Bank statements
- Student academic information
- Grade Point Average
- Standardized test scores if available (SAT/ACT)
- High School Class Rank
- Dollar amounts of any scholarships you may be receiving from outside sources
If you don't have this information available, estimates are perfectly acceptable.
The calculator is intended for use by U.S. citizens or permanent residents who will be incoming first-year students, entering in the fall semester, pursuing their first undergraduate degree and who will be enrolled full time
Please note this calculator is for estimates only and the actual award package will vary depending upon the time of year, regulatory and institutional policy changes, and availability of funds, actual test scores and academic information, as well as verifiable financial information.
