provide necessary treatment, we'll refer you to a medical specialist or
hospital.

Appointments:
Call (803) 780-1266 or stop by the infirmary from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Friday. Be prepared for your visit by having information
about symptoms and medical history ready.
If you must cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance if possible, so
that the appointment time is available for someone else. If you are
late for an appointment, you might be asked to reschedule.
Students without appointments will be seen if the situation is urgent.
Cost:
There is no charge to see the nurse in the infirmary. There might be
charges for medications, immunizations or treatment supplies for
students who have to see local doctors, dentists, hospitals or clinics.
Students should ask for receipts for any services, medications, tests,
equipment or immunizations that they pay for when seeing a local
provider. The student is then responsible for submitting the receipt to
their private medical insurance. The Health Center does not bill
private insurance companies.
