Faculty Policy Manual

The Faculty Policy Manual provides information about general policies and procedures relating to the faculty and faculty status. Its purpose is to present a guide to the rights and responsibilities of Voorhees University faculty. 

The content of the Faculty Policy Manual is subject to change from time to time as deemed appropriate by Voorhees University in order to fulfill its role and mission. Any such changes may be implemented without prior notice or obligation, and, unless specified otherwise, are effective immediately. Every effort will be made to minimize the inconvenience such changes might create for faculty.

This policy manual is intended for informational purposes and does not expressly or implied, create any contractual rights between the University and any faculty member.

The Voorhees University Faculty Policy Manual was produced by the Division of Academic Affairs and revised in spring 2022.

Voorhees University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, Georgia 30033-4097; 404-679-4501) to award master’s degrees (Level III).
