The mission of Career Pathways Initiative is to develop and implement curricular and co-curricular programming that ensure the successful transition and retention of students through, holistic programming, guided career and academic pathways, student outreach initiatives and early alert career and academic intervention systems through campus-wide initiatives, career counseling and professional mentoring.
