Position: CRM Manager/ Data Analyst
Department/Division: Admissions and Recruitment/Enrollment Management
Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Position Duration: Full-time
Position Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Extended hours, weekends, and travel may be required)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. CRM Management:
• Oversee the organization’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet the organization’s specific needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Train staff members on CRM usage and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from customer data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, sales, and marketing effectiveness.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making and business improvement initiatives.
3. Data Governance and Compliance:
• Establish data governance policies and protocols to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Monitor and enforce data governance standards across the organization, including data entry, storage, and usage practices.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address data privacy and security concerns.
4. Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align CRM strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and retention.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
