Becoming Beloved Community (BBC)

    • To create and implement sustainable community initiatives that address the socio-economic well-being of individuals, as well as other needs of the community, by specifically fostering innovative approaches to improve:
      • Career, business, health, housing, and educational opportunities,
      • Infrastructure needs, and
      • Community relationships and partnerships

Three Tenets of the Becoming Beloved Community (BBC)

    • Vision:
      • To create and implement sustainable community initiatives that address the socio-economic well-being of individuals, as well as other needs of the community, by specifically fostering innovative approaches to improve:
        • Career, business, health, housing, and educational opportunities,
        • Infrastructure needs, and
    • Vision:
      To address a plethora of issues related to women’s positionally in society, culture, and economy to include, but not be limited to: Violence against women and girls, Gender pays gap, Digital gender divide, Informal work and instability, Period poverty and stigma, and Underrepresentation as leaders.

      • The Institute is committed to active involvement in social justice issues, including, but not limited to: Environmental and climate justice, Voting rights, Healthcare access and equity, Racial Injustice, Income Gap, Gun Violence, Employment, Housing, Hunger, and food insecurity.
