Voorhees University to Host Annual Academic Honors Convocation With Dr. Katrina Hutchins as Guest Speaker

Denmark, SC, March 24, 2025 – Voorhees University proudly announces its annual Academic Honors Convocation, set to take place on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Massachusetts Hall, Lawrence Auditorium, 151 Academic Circle, Denmark, SC 29042.

This esteemed event recognizes and celebrates students’ academic excellence, leadership, and service. The ceremony will include the formal induction of outstanding scholars into the W. Franklin Evans Honors College and the Mu Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, honoring their dedication to intellectual growth and achievement.

Voorhees University is honored to welcome Dr. Katrina Hutchins as the Convocation Speaker for this special occasion. Dr. Hutchins is an author, educator, and philanthropist known for her impactful work in leadership development, coaching, and personal growth. As the Founder and CEO of Re-Source Solutions, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. With a wealth of experience in executive coaching, nonprofit leadership, and higher education, Dr. Hutchins brings an inspiring message of excellence, perseverance, and purpose.
