Submission of the Undergraduate Graduation Application does not solidify or guarantee that the student will be graduating for the requested term. This is only a formality used by the Office of the Registrar and Student Records, to assist with confirming if graduation is a possibility for the student. If the application is not completed in its entirety, it will be considered null/void. The Office of the Registrar and Student Records WILL NOT ACCEPT NOR PROCESS the Undergraduate Graduation Application.

We WILL NOT accept PICTURE COPIES OF APPLICATIONS. Applications can either be FAXED, EMAILED/SCANNED, or DELIVERED in person! NO EXCEPTIONS!
ACADEMIC AUDITS
The academic audit (hardcopy) must be attached along with the graduation application. Applications WILL NOT be accepted if the hardcopy is not attached. The academic advising worksheet is not the audit.

The Graduation Application Fee is $25.00. The Late Graduation Application fee is $50.00 (please see the Academic Calendar for filing period). The Graduation Application Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Graduation Application Fee does not include Senior Fees (Herff-Jones Package).
